Returns

You can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can arrange the return. Read the full Refund Policy for details.

Damaged or wrong product

If your product arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will replace it at no cost.

Exchanges

We can exchange an unopened product for another item from our shop. Contact us to arrange it.
